The purpose of the risk assessment  is to identify the
inherent risks which may effect the business

An evaluation of resources to in all areas will identify the highest risk.

There are 3 primary questions to consider when
evaluating risks in business
1 What is it that can go wrong?
2 Identify the hazards (the
probability of one event)
3 Decide who might be harmed and how
